Product sold are not entitle for refund and cancel unless it meet the below following condition.
- All returns must be sent back to our store within 7 working days.
- To complete your returns, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Do contact us via the Facebook Messenger chat at the lower right bottom to our Facebook Page. The Youmeco team will gladly to assist you.

- Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged If you need to exchange it for the same item do contact us for details.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunaly sale items cannot be refunded.
- Wrongly order product or accidentally order product reason will not be entertained. Cutomer is responsible to check their order summary in the Cart Page & Check Out Page before proceeding to make payment.
- For any return request that fall under below category will not be considered.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider usinga trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
